Required activities are marked with a star and must be completed and reviewed by a trainer, coach or administrator. - Building and maintaining job embedded professional growth activities within your program
- Ethical practices to use when interacting with children and staff, and establishing policies and practices that maintain a climate of trust among children, families, and staff members

- Goal-setting and evaluation to support continuous program improvement
